All About Me

As a single parent of two wonderful children, I have a son living out his dream in Europe and a daughter with a disability who inspires me every day with her strength. Longing to spend more time with her while pursuing my passion, I searched for a path that would allow me to leave my corporate job behind for three years.

One day, I decided to create a cookbook, testing out my recipes and sharing them with colleagues at work. Their enthusiastic feedback gave me the confidence to explore baking further. What started as an experiment with cake pops soon evolved into a passion for cupcakes and cakes. Baking has not only allowed me to express my creativity but has also transformed my life by giving me a sense of purpose and fulfillment, empowering me to embrace each day with joy and gratitude. 

 

Sweet Sugar Burst was born out of my desire to bring joy to people's lives through something I could pour my heart into, all while being more present with my daughter. I cherish the moments when customers come back to tell me how much they loved my treats—how the cupcakes were moist, delicious, and brought them so much happiness. 

 

That joy is what keeps me going. It warms my heart and gives me a deep sense of purpose, knowing I can share that happiness with others through my creations.
